WSSF Concert Series
The World Ski & Snowboard Festival (WSSF) Concert Series has long been one of the most popular events during the festival. This year's Concert Series will run each day during the WSSF April 12 - 21. Nineteen musical acts have already been confirmed for this year's event with more to be announced closer to the festival launch date.
As always the Concert Series main stage will be set up in Skiers Plaza - the base of Whistler Mountain. This location is a central hub in the village and can accommodate thousands of visitors. All of the concert's will be performed for FREE at the Skiers Plaza Stage.
This year's Concert Series is shaping up to be one of the best in recent history. It was just announced that rap superstar Nas would be headlining the Saturday, April 13 show. Nas is big name in the music industry and proves that WSSF is committed to grow the Concert Series each year.
Canadian acts are well represented in this year's edition with The Arkells, Swollen Members, K-OS & Dirty Radio among the hometown acts set to perform.
One of the coolest features of the festival is that every day there's a live performer set to play. So no matter when you're in town you can catch a FREE performance at the Plaza.
