Get out the red and white and help us celebrate Canada's 146th birthday this long weekend. Whistler is the place to be this weekend with a number of FREE activities to entertain the whole family. There will be three FREE Concert Series held at Whistler Olympic Park and plenty of parades, street entertainment and fireworks on Monday for Canada Day. Saturday, June 29

Whistler Street Entertainment
Details: During the Canada Day weekend there will be various street entertainers performing throughout the village. The best way to find out what's happening is to hit the village and walk around. The street entertainers will be performing throughout the day.

Whistler Presents Outdoor Concert Series featuring Daniel Lapp Band, Matt Dusk
Details: Whistler Presents is a FREE outdoor concert series held on various weekend's throughout the year. Check out FREE shows from musical artists Daniel Lapp and Matt Dusk this Saturday night.
Time: 7:30 PM
Location: Whistler Olympic Plaza

Sunday, June 30

Whistler Street Entertainment
Details: During the Canada Day weekend there will be various street entertainers performing throughout the village. The best way to find out what's happening is to hit the village and walk around. The street entertainers will be performing throughout the day.

Whistler Farmers' Market
Details: The Whistler Farmer's Market is a place for local farmers and artisans to sell their fresh produce and locally crafted products. This activity is always popular amongst people looking to purchase something uniquely local.
Time: 11 AM to 4 PM
Location: Upper Village

Whistler Presents Outdoor Concert Series featuring Wil, 54-40
Details: Whistler Presents is a FREE outdoor concert series held on various weekend's throughout the year. Check out FREE shows from musical artists Wil and 54-40 this Sunday night.

Monday July 1 - Canada Day

Whistler Street Entertainment

Pancake Breakfast
Details: Join us in Rebagliati Park on Monday morning for a delicious pancake breakfast.
Time:
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Location: Rebagliati Park. Minimum donation $3.00 to Whistler Community Services

Art Walk self-guided tours
Details: Take a self-guided art walk tour of Whistler's various art galleries in the village.

North Shore Celtic Ensemble
Details: Join us in the Town Plaza for a performance by a traditional Celtic dance group.

Canada Day Parade
Details: Line the streets in the village and watch all the local performers and floats that pass by in this year's Canada Day parade.
Time:
starts at 12:00 PM
Location: Parade will move from Town Plaza to Mountain Square along Village Stroll

Canada Day Ceremony
Details: Join us as we mark the celebration of Canada's 146th birthday with the cutting of the Canada Day Cake and a few words from the mayor of Whistler.

2:00 - 2:30 PM

Whistler Presents Outdoor Concert Series featuring Ruckus Deluxe, Norman Foote, Kalan Wi, Jeremy Fisher
Details: A special Canada Day Concert Series will be held on Monday, July 1. Check out FREE performances from the following artists all day long; Ruckus Deluxe | 2:30 PM - 3:15 PM, Norman Foote | 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM, Kalan Wi | 4:45 PM - 5:30 PM, Jeremy Fisher | 5:45 PM - 7:00 PM.

Canada Day Fireworks
Details: Join us at Skiers Plaza at 10:15PM to watch the Canada Day fireworks display.

FREE transit in Whistler from BC Transit
Details: There will be FREE buses running throughout Whistler from 6PM until late during Canada Day. Make sure to park the car and take transit on this ultra-busy day.
