Whistler Crud 2 Mud Cyclist

The Whistler Crud 2 Mud combines two of Whistler's favourite mountain sports. During the event, participants start on the top of Whistler Mountain and ski or snowboard down until they hit the snow line, where their mountain bikes await them. Here riders either hop on their bike or tag off to their teammate to finish the race. Races can be won or lost during the transition area as racers must decide whether to continue on in their ski or snowboard boots or struggle out of them into biking shoes.

Once riders have transitioned to their bikes they must make their way down to the Whistler Bike Park where they will finish the race. Riders cross the finish line at the bottom of Whistler Mountain in Skiers Plaza.

As mentioned above participants can choose to take part in the event individually or in teams of two. Teammates will focus on one aspect of the race, tagging off during the transition area.

The final day to register for the event is at 2 PM on Friday, May 23. The cost of entry is $65 for individuals or $100 for a team of two. Registration includes a $10 food voucher and a Crud 2 Mud T-shirt.
